oh, how quaint! Unfortunately, the shower pressure was weak, which is just so tragic. also, I woudl ve been very pleased to receive an upgrade or a complimentary breakfast for my troubles. I started to write a good review, but honestly, I just couldn’t. not at a place that doesn’t cater to special guests like me.

One small issue, the bedroom light fitting kept being a nuisance for tall folks like me, and that can get annoying. while dining options at the Apple pub were available, it really doesn't hold a candle to the nearby White Swan in terms of quality. I'd recommend sticking to that if you're looking for a meal out.

Such a lekker stay! The brekkie was proper, and the garden is just a chill spot with all the flowers. Laura is a real chommie, made us feel right at home. Plus, the room was so comfy – I napped like a boss!

After a delightful three-night stay in a comfortable room, I can confidently say the proximity to iconic Bamburgh Castle and the serene Budle Bay made every stroll a charming experience, as I wandered through stunning landscapes and rich history just moments away. the lovely garden at the mill house provided a peaceful retreat after my daily adventures.

Our stay was characterized by a tastefully decorated room that was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a family. The access to a sunny conservatory and the dedicated breakfast area made mornings delightful. We particularly enjoyed the delicious cooked breakfast that fueled us for our day of exploring. The rural setting added to the charm, with stunning views from our room, and it was conveniently located for easy access to local attractions and a fantastic nearby restaurant.
